Listen—can you hear?
Breath: inhale, exhale.
The shallows of humming,
a sacred hush.
Like petals, slow, unfurled,
the soul’s reawakening,
emerging soft and shy—
the quiet of a few hours,
the light of a new day.
A heavy blanket, a still lake,
when you rise or turn away.
The first whisper:
this is holy ground,
this is courage.

In the hush of breath and stillness, courage is quietly alive.
Is this you—resting in holy ground, learning to rise softly?
