Listen to the whispers in the wind… So softly it speaks Breathing calm and peace to my soul Filling my spirit with the tranquility of its gentle breeze Reminding me of heaven and all its glories untold In complete awe and joyful wonder Of such beauty that someday I will reverently behold Serenely resting in His essence As I stand before Him in His presence.
Springtime has come The rains are gone at last. Draw near to me says, the Lord. The winters have passed.
Springtime has come The Kingdom Age begins And trials and tribulations end. Flowers blossom and bloom And fill the earth, Bringing with them renewal and rebirth.
Springtime has come The turtle dove is heard. A time for singing is at hand As life springs forth Far across the land.
Springtime has come The fig trees show her green With tender vines of grapes. Purified, restored and clean His children He will not forsake.
Springtime has come Come away with me, Oh Israel! Can you hear His voice declare? It will be a time of great peace and joy. Arise, my love, mine so fair.
A lovely fragrance fills the air The second coming of the Lord is near. Israel has cast thy love to His utmost sum, The Springtime has come.

~ Verse Of The Day ~
โFor, lo, The winter is past, the rain is over and gone; (the shepherd is telling his betrothed that hindrances such as the rains are now โover and goneโ; he is attempting to draw her near.) The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land. (โturtleโ should read โturtle doveโ; the entirety of this Passage speaks of the beginning of the great Kingdom Age; the โwinterโ [signifying terrible war and tribulation] is past, now โflowers appear on the Earthโ); The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. (This speaks of the coming of the Lord [Mat. 24:28-31]. At that time, the Lord will bid Israel to come to Him, which she will. Zechariah, as possibly no other Prophet, spoke of this moment [ Zech. 13:8-9].) – โญโญSong of Solomonโฌ โญ2:11-13โฌ โญKJVโฌโฌ
For Him, I Write. With the gift of words, He softly whispers Gentle expressions of His love, Divine inspirations so graciously bestowed upon me from up above.
To Him, I Write. From the depths of my soul, Holy Spirit breathe on thee Truth that pours like rain. I am blessed again and again; His Word comes alive in me. It is Christ who dwells within.
About Him, I Write. Of the unfathomable riches of His goodness and grace, His mercy endures forever, No man can ever erase. Of His blood poured out on Calvary’s cross, God’s great redemption plan for sin, Bringing salvation to all men For whosoever will.
I write with adoration and praise; His love makes me more than brave. My faith has been made complete By the Work of His Holy Spirit Dwelling within me. I was once blind, but now I see; I am drawn to forever worship Thee.
Jesus is the keeper of my heart; I knew from the very start. My Blessed Savior, My King, My Friend, He is my Everything. My Beloved, For You, I write.. My Chosen One in whom My soul delights. โ
You know sometimes I beat myself up Trying to be the perfect writer. To have the perfect rhyme. To have the perfect poem. I canโt count the times that God has whispered to me… โYou donโt have to be perfect… Just share whatโs in your heart.โ
Itโs true! Writing isnโt about having the perfect line… The perfect phrase Or the perfect quote. Itโs about whatโs in my heart. And for me itโs more about what God has placed in my heart To share with others.
I donโt have to be perfect. I just have to be who God created me to be. And share the gifts He has given to me.
He knew me long before I was conceived. And He knows the plans He has for me. To inspire and lead others to Him, With the words He graciously bestows.
He knows Iโm not perfect, And never will I be. But He knows my heart. A heart that longs to bring Others closer to Him.
And if my words touches one soul.. Then thatโs a blessing. And I am blessed to be a blessing.
About a year ago, on a blessed Sunday morning, I watched a sermon preached by Pastor J. Don George, on a message entitled, โI’ve Got A Reason To Preach.”
In listening to Pastor George message, he explained all the reasons why he preaches. I started to think about all the reasons why I write?
My mind started racing on all the reasons why I felt God has called me to write.
Was I writing because this was a gift given to me by God? Was I writing specifically for Him? Was I writing to glorify Him! Or was I writing for my own self-gratification, self-worth and desired accomplishments?
That sermon inspired me deeply. Here is my answer to the questions that I had asked myself.
The answer is simple. I write because I know God wants to use me as a vessel to spread His love to a lost and hurting world.
God didnโt give me the gift of writing so that I might be glorified, but rather that He might.
Oh yes, I silently wish in my heart that I could write as elegantly and gracefully as my favorite poet, โHelen Steiner Rice.โ
I may not be gifted in the aspects that God gifted Helen, but nonetheless, God bestows certain individual gifts to each of His children.
And His purpose for those gifts given He only knows. My gifts are no different.
As I have explained previously on my Facebook ministry pages, as well as my web blog, I Write For Jesus!
I even wrote a piece of poetry in 2018 entitled, โFOR JESUS I WRITE.โ
I write because God has uniquely gifted me to write.
God has given me the gift of words. I long to draw others closer to Him.
It is my deep desire to share that which invites us into truly knowing Godโs heart.
Godโs wisdom and His Word are transforming me as a person and as a writer.
Words are like whispers from God; softly spoken to my heart, so I must write.
Like all gifts from Him, I want to surrender writing for the benefit of Godโs kingdom, a record for the next generation; as well, as for my own personal growth, testimony and journey.
A record of my walk with Christ and the journey He takes me on each and every day.
The lessons He teaches me through trials, heartache, and joys of life.
The challenges He sets before me through His Word and His leading.
To encourage and inspire as I am encouraged and Inspired.
To share what the Lord places in my heart and mind.
Much like you, because of Jesus, I have a story to tellโฆabout Godโs grace and provision in my life, so I write about what God has done.
There is power in my story.
โLet the redeemed of the Lord, tell their story!โ ( Psalm 107:2)
It is my daily prayer that God will bless my words to become expressions of His goodness.
Today, and always, may He use me as His instrument to inspire and spread His love.
It is my hope for others to experience Godโs Truth through, โExpressions of His Love.โ
May you be challenged, convicted, and encouraged as He draws you into a closer relationship with Him.
These are just a few of my personal desires and the reasons why I write.
There is much more to my story, which is often revealed through my walk with Christ.
When sharing my writing and/or poetry here… it is always with a gentle and humble heart.
My intentions are pure.
Writing for me peacefully brings me to the place of grace. Where I can unashamedly express my heartโฆalways with the hope that others will catch a glimpse of His.
All because of Jesus, I’ve got so many reasons to write.
You are always welcome to come along with me on my journey and I hope you find God speaks to you through what is written here and blesses you on your own walk of faith.
May you find rest in the unfathomable riches of His goodness and grace.

This is a โshortโ poem I wrote a few years back. You all know my desire and passion to share the love of God with you every single day. What better way to use my space here on the internet than to fill it with His love and promises. I wanted to share this for those of you who may need a little extra encouragement this morning.
May this touch your heart and encourage you to step out in bold faith and share the love of Christ with someone. You may be just the person that God will use to lead another into accepting Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
What a powerful testimony it would be to know that you may have been very instrumental in leading another precious soul to salvation.
Thank you for allowing me to express my heartโฆalways with the hope that others will catch a glimpse of His.

I donโt want to look back on my life with regrets, Things left undone, Words left unspoken. Did I give enough? Did I love enough? Did I live enough? Life is a beautiful gift of God, And time waits for no one. It is fleeting. It passes you by. It rolls on forever Like the clouds in the sky, So donโt let us throw one sweet moment away. Letโs love While we may. Give what you can, Whenever you can, However you can, By whatever means you can Without expecting anything in return. Love with all your heart. You can never love too much. And donโt forget to live. I mean, really live! Make life a beautiful adventure Because it truly is. Leave no room for regrets. Cherish the moments spent With those you love. Life changes, But a life breathed with love Will forever remain. โฅ๏ธ๐นโฅ๏ธ

I got a letter in the mail today From a faraway place, letโs just say.
It was addressed specifically to me. I was very excited, donโt you see.
I opened it and, to my delight, There written in black and white
A message from the God of grace To tell me that He has prepared a place.
Iโm sending you this letter from home To remind you that youโre never alone.
Someday, you will look upon my face And, in the Holy place, we will finally embrace.
Iโm waiting patiently for that special day When I can answer all that youโve prayed.
Do not be afraid when your heart is heavy From the burdens of life that are scary.
When you donโt know what to do I will carry and will deliver you.
Keep looking towards the cross! I sent down my perfect Son to save the lost.
Iโm sending this letter right along To tell you to continue to stay strong.
And someday, you will take my hand. We will walk together along the crystal white sands.
My child, I promise it wonโt be too long When we will read all the letters from home.

The Holy Scriptures are our letters from home. – St. Augustine of Hippo
~ Verse of The Day ~
โYe are our epistle (letter) written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle (letter) of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.โ – โญโญ2 Corinthiansโฌ โญ3:2-3โฌ โญKJVโฌโฌ

As I entered the room, I turned to take a look And thereupon the table Was a beautiful book.
Laying beside it was a lovely rose, So supple, delicate and frail. Through my window winds, Oh, so softly blow. The fragrance filled the air. I wondered who put it there.
I walked a little closer To take a better look. My eyes filled with joy As I opened the book.
I held the book up high As I looked at the title. I smiled and started to cry Realizing it was my bible.
There in black and white Were the Words of God. His manual given to us To teach, instruct and guide.
So softly, I heard Him whisper. My heart glistened and gleaned. As I leaned in closer to listen, His presence was felt but unseen.
Daughter, I love you dearly. Yes, this is very true. This is my love letter clearly Written just for you.
My heart could not contain The admiration I deeply felt. His Love will forever remain. In solace, before Him, I knelt.
Today, God gave me a rose, A gentle expression of His love. To show how He often bestows His grace from heaven above.
With gratitude, the Bible I chose. Word of God speak! My blessed book of roses. A true treasure to keep.

~ A Prayer For Today ~
Heavenly Father, Your love for me is astounding. From the flowers in the field. Their beautiful fragrance fills the air. From the birds singing in the trees. Oh, how I love their sweet melodies. From the mountain tops high above the clouds. I canโt help, but wonder how far and wide your love abounds. From the oceans deep. Your love for me runs even deeper. Lord, of all the wonderful blessings you have given, my most valued treasure is Your Word. Help me, Father, to always cherish Your Word and keep it close to my heart. Your guidebook is essential to walking in communion with you. For without it, Your children would be lost. Help me, to continually apply scripture to my everyday life and living. So that I may know the right path to take when the storms of life begin to rage. Thank you, Father, for the gift of the Bible. Your inspired, infallible and authoritative written Word, is my most prized possession. As your humble servant, may I walk worthy of such a valuable gift. In Jesusโ name I pray. Amen
